Job Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to customers, sellers, businesses, and potential clients.
• Explain Kissan Ads services, advertisements, listings, and promotional opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Collect and update customer and business details in the system.
• Enter and maintain data accurately using computer systems.
• Verify information and update records when required.
• Follow up with customers and potential advertisers.
• Maintain daily call and data-entry reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
• Maintain professional communication with customers
