• Assist clients with insurance-related enquiries and documentation.

2. Team Manager

• Recruit, guide, and motivate insurance agents.

• Build and manage a team to achieve business targets.

• Develop marketing strategies to generate new customers.

• Provide training and support to team members.

• Maintain customer relationships and support business growth.

Eligibility & Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales, marketing, and financial services.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in insurance or sales is an advantage.
