TERMS & CONDITIONS, USER AGREEMENT & DISCLAIMER

KissanAdd.com (“KissanAdd”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online classified advertising and marketplace-display platform operated by Mr Kissan Weblinks Pvt. Ltd.
KissanAdd provides an online platform where third-party individuals, businesses, sellers, dealers, service providers, property owners, agents, advertisers and other users (“Advertisers”) can display advertisements and where customers/users can view advertisements and contact Advertisers.
By accessing, registering with, posting an advertisement on, contacting an Advertiser through, or otherwise using KissanAdd.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, User Agreement and Disclaimer.
1. NATURE OF KISSANADD
KissanAdd.com is primarily an online classified advertising and advertisement-display platform.
KissanAdd provides online space and technology for third parties to display their advertisements.
KissanAdd is not, merely by displaying an advertisement, the seller, buyer, manufacturer, dealer, service provider, agent, broker, owner or representative of the products or services advertised by third parties.
The products and services displayed on KissanAdd may belong to or be offered by independent third parties.
2. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisements published on KissanAdd may be submitted by independent Advertisers.
These advertisements may contain:
· Product information
· Service information
· Prices
· Photographs
· Videos
· Descriptions
· Contact details
· Business information
· Property information
· Vehicle information
· Employment information
· Other promotional material
Such information is supplied by the Advertiser.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, authenticity and completeness of the information contained in its advertisement.
3. NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT
The publication or display of an advertisement on KissanAdd does not mean that KissanAdd has verified, approved, endorsed, recommended or guaranteed the Advertiser, product or service.
Unless an advertisement is specifically identified by KissanAdd as having undergone a particular verification process, users should assume that the advertisement has not been independently verified by KissanAdd.
KissanAdd does not guarantee that any advertisement is:
· Genuine
· Accurate
· Complete
· Current
· Legal
· Authentic
· Safe
· Available
· Properly owned by the Advertiser
· Free from defects
· Free from fraud
· Free from misrepresentation
4. ADVERTISEMENT VERIFICATION
KissanAdd may provide an online facility for Advertisers to submit advertisements.
Submission, acceptance, publication or display of an advertisement does not constitute a guarantee that KissanAdd has verified the genuineness of the advertisement.
KissanAdd may conduct automated, manual or other checks where appropriate, but such checks should not be interpreted as a guarantee of authenticity or transaction safety.
Users must independently verify all important information before dealing with an Advertiser.
5. PURPOSE OF ADVERTISEMENT FEES
KissanAdd may charge Advertisers fees for services such as:
· Advertisement display
· Listing
· Featured advertisements
· Advertisement promotion
· Premium placement
· Business listings
· Subscription services
· Other advertising services
The fee paid to KissanAdd is for the applicable advertising, listing, display or promotional service.
Payment of an advertisement fee does not mean that KissanAdd guarantees or endorses the Advertiser, product, service or transaction.
6. KISSANADD IS NOT A PARTY TO USER TRANSACTIONS
Any transaction between an Advertiser and a customer/user is a transaction between those parties.
KissanAdd is not automatically a party to such transaction merely because an advertisement is displayed on its platform.
KissanAdd does not control:
· Negotiations
· Payment
· Delivery
· Product inspection
· Product quality
· Ownership
· Warranty
· Service performance
· Refunds
· Returns
· Completion of the transaction
The Advertiser and customer are responsible for dealing with each other directly.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY — VERIFY BEFORE YOU DEAL
ALL USERS AND CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO CONDUCT THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY TRANSACTION.
Before purchasing a product or service, users should independently verify, where applicable:
· Identity of the Advertiser
· Business credentials
· Product authenticity
· Product condition
· Ownership
· Documents
· Licences
· Registration details
· Property title
· Vehicle documents
· Price
· Payment information
· Delivery arrangements
· Warranty
· Return/refund conditions
· Other relevant information
Do not rely solely on an advertisement displayed on KissanAdd.
8. FRAUD AND SCAM WARNING
BEWARE OF FRAUD AND SCAMS
Online classified platforms may be misused by dishonest individuals.
Users should be particularly careful about:
· Fake advertisements
· Fake sellers
· Fake buyers
· Advance-payment scams
· Fake investment offers
· Counterfeit products
· False property advertisements
· Fake vehicle advertisements
· Identity impersonation
· Phishing
· Fake customer-care representatives
· Requests for OTPs
· Requests for passwords
· Requests for banking information
· Fake payment screenshots
· Other fraudulent activities
NEVER SHARE:
OTP | PIN | CVV | Password | Banking Credentials
with an unknown person or Advertiser.
9. FINANCIAL LOSS AND TRANSACTION RISK
Users understand and acknowledge that transactions entered into with third-party Advertisers may involve financial and other risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KissanAdd and Mr Kissan Weblinks Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses arising from transactions between users and third-party Advertisers, including losses resulting from:
· Fraud
· Misrepresentation
· Non-delivery
· Non-payment
· Defective products
· Counterfeit products
· False information
· Fake documents
· Poor-quality products or services
· Failure to provide a service
· Failure to refund money
· Disputes between users
· Other acts or omissions of third parties
Users are responsible for making their own transaction decisions and conducting appropriate verification before dealing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT
KissanAdd does not control the conduct of individual Advertisers.
An Advertiser may make representations, promises, warranties or commitments directly to a customer.
Unless expressly agreed in writing by KissanAdd, such representations, promises, warranties or commitments are made by the Advertiser and are the responsibility of the Advertiser.
11. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY
Every Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that its advertisements:
· Are truthful and accurate
· Do not contain misleading claims
· Do not infringe third-party rights
· Do not violate applicable laws
· Do not promote prohibited products or services
· Do not contain fraudulent information
· Do not impersonate another person or business
Advertisers must have the necessary authority and rights to advertise the products or services they list.
12. PROHIBITED ADVERTISEMENTS
Users must not publish advertisements relating to unlawful activities or prohibited goods/services.
Prohibited content may include, subject to applicable law:
· Fraudulent schemes
· Stolen goods
· Counterfeit goods
· Illegal drugs
· Illegal weapons
· Explosives
· Human trafficking
· Exploitation
· Child sexual abuse material
· Fake documents
· Identity theft
· Phishing
· Malware
· Money laundering
· Illegal gambling
· Fraudulent investment schemes
· Misleading advertisements
· Copyright infringement
· Trademark infringement
· Privacy violations
· Other unlawful activities
KissanAdd may remove, suspend or restrict advertisements that violate its policies or applicable law.
13. PROPERTY ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisers listing property must have the appropriate authority to advertise the property.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of:
· Ownership information
· Property description
· Location
· Area
· Price
· Documents
· Approvals
· Registration information
· Other material information
KissanAdd does not independently guarantee property ownership, title, approvals or legal status merely because a property advertisement is displayed.
Users should conduct appropriate legal and documentary verification before purchasing or renting property.
14. VEHICLE ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisers listing vehicles are responsible for the accuracy of information including:
· Vehicle model
· Manufacturing year
· Registration
· Ownership
· Mileage
· Condition
· Insurance
· Documents
· Price
Customers should independently verify vehicle documents and condition before making payment.
15. JOB AND SERVICE ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisers posting employment or service advertisements are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.
Users should independently verify employers, recruitment agencies, service providers and other parties before providing personal information or making payments.
KissanAdd does not guarantee employment, recruitment, salary, service quality or the identity of any third-party advertiser.
16. USER ACCOUNT
Users must provide accurate information when registering.
Users must not:
· Impersonate another person
· Create fraudulent accounts
· Misuse another person's account
· Share login credentials
· Use the platform for illegal purposes
· Attempt to bypass security systems
KissanAdd may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, prohibited activity or violations of these Terms.
17. GOOGLE LOGIN AND OTHER LOGIN SERVICES
KissanAdd may provide login facilities through Google or other third-party authentication providers.
Users choosing third-party login services are also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
KissanAdd does not receive your Google password.
18. PHONE, WHATSAPP AND EMAIL COMMUNICATION
KissanAdd may allow customers to contact Advertisers through:
· Phone
· Internal messaging
· Other communication facilities
When a customer chooses to contact an Advertiser, the customer understands that communication may take place directly with that third party.
KissanAdd is not responsible for representations or agreements made directly between the customer and Advertiser.
19. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Advertisements, photographs, videos, descriptions, reviews and other information submitted by users may be displayed publicly.
By submitting content, the user confirms that they have the necessary rights to submit and publish it.
KissanAdd may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or platform policies.
20. REPORTING FRAUDULENT OR SUSPICIOUS ADS
Users are encouraged to report advertisements that appear to be:
· Fraudulent
· Misleading
· Illegal
· Fake
· Suspicious
· Infringing
· Abusive
Reports may be submitted through the available Report Advertisement facility or by contacting:

KissanAdd may investigate reported content and may take appropriate action where necessary.
21. REMOVAL OR SUSPENSION OF ADVERTISEMENTS
KissanAdd may remove, suspend, restrict or disable an advertisement or account where it has reasonable concerns regarding:
· Fraud
· Spam
· Misleading information
· Prohibited content
· Legal violations
· Repeated complaints
· Security risks
· Platform abuse
However, KissanAdd does not guarantee that every fraudulent or misleading advertisement will be detected before publication.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The KissanAdd name, logo, website design, graphics, software, content and other original materials may belong to Mr Kissan Weblinks Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit these materials without appropriate permission.
23. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
KissanAdd may contain links or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, Google, WhatsApp, email providers, SMS providers, maps and other services.
KissanAdd is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
24. PRIVACY
Information collected through KissanAdd is handled according to the KissanAdd Privacy Policy.
Users should not publish confidential information such as passwords, OTPs, PINs, bank credentials, Aadhaar information or other sensitive information in advertisements.
25. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KissanAdd and Mr Kissan Weblinks Pvt. Ltd. do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, quality, legality, ownership, safety or availability of third-party advertisements.
KissanAdd is primarily an advertising and display platform.
The platform does not guarantee the performance or conduct of independent Advertisers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection or other legal right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of KissanAdd.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
KissanAdd may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on KissanAdd.com with the applicable effective date.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other rights available under applicable law.

KissanAdd.com is an online classified advertising platform. Advertisements are submitted by third-party Advertisers and are displayed on our platform for advertising and discovery purposes.
KissanAdd does not guarantee or independently verify the genuineness, ownership, quality, legality, accuracy or reliability of every advertisement.
The display of an advertisement does NOT mean that KissanAdd recommends, endorses, approves or guarantees the Advertiser, product or service.
BEWARE OF FRAUD.
Always verify the Advertiser, product, documents, ownership, price and payment details before dealing.
Never share OTPs, passwords, PINs, CVVs or banking credentials with anyone.
Do not make advance payments to unknown persons without appropriate verification.
Any transaction between you and an Advertiser is undertaken between those parties. KissanAdd is not automatically a party to that transaction merely because the advertisement is displayed on our platform.
Users are responsible for their own due diligence and transaction decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KissanAdd and Mr Kissan Weblinks Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, defective products, non-delivery, non-payment or other losses arising from third-party transactions.
By using KissanAdd, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dealing with independent third-party Advertisers.
